These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Extmenu website and digital menu platform, operated by Extmenu Inc. ("Extmenu", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the menu content you publish and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant(s) you add to your account.

Free trial and billing

• New accounts include a 3-month free trial with full access to the Pro plan.
• After the trial, your account is billed monthly at the then-current price unless you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Extmenu to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms or the platform's features from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
